The apartment is located in the capital city of Buenos Aires and it's 35 mins away from the center. You have to use a train and a subway to get there and the train is just 2 blocks away! The railroads are in front of the house. You'll have access to a private room only for you or you and one friend. The room is in the first floor (upstairs). The bathroom is in the main floor, aside from a shared kitchen, living room and a terrace available for you to use. The room has a fan and WiFi internet. The space Air conditioner in the living room. There's available Cable TV in the living room -with Netflix access- and kitchen. Using the washing machine and ironing board and a fully equipped kitchen. Guest access Shared kitchen, living room and a little terrace available for you to use. Laundry zone available too. A cleaning service is free included for every 7 days of stay. During your stay I talk spanish, english and french (have my french a little forgot so will happy to practice with my french talking guests). I will be happy to answer all your questions and will be ready to help you in anything. Feel free to contact me before your arrival asking anything you need.
