Beautiful apartment in the heart of Buenos Aires, 300 meters from the Congress. Totally refurbished. The location is very good, on Alsina and Pasco streets, Balvanera neighborhood, a few meters from Av. Rivadavia and Av. Belgrano. Very close to subway A and H and buses that connect with the city's main points. In the area you will find the famous Café de los Angelitos, the El Español bodegón and the old Bellagamba restaurant. Ideal for its access, it comes with everything you need for extended stays. The space The apartment is fully equipped and designed for up to two people in single beds. Ideal for friends, students, people traveling alone or accompanied for tourism, health or work reasons. One of the beds is in a separate room, with a barn door that allows privacy. The other bed is located inside the main room, shared with the dining area and with direct access to the bathroom. The bathroom is private and for the exclusive use of this apartment. Fully equipped with towels and hand towels, toilet, hand bidet, vanitory, hair dryer and first aid kit. Includes a clothesline for hand washing light clothes and a ventilation fan. Hot and cold water, with a 50-liter electric water heater. We recommend waiting 15 minutes between one shower and another for greater efficiency. The kitchenette is equipped with a vitrified electric stove, electric kettle, toaster, electric oven, and microwave oven. Sink, kitchen furniture, spice rack and large refrigerator with freezer. We remind our guests that access to the apartment is by stairs, on the first floor. The entrance has a hall, an area shared with other guests, where two doors are located. One of them allows access to the apartment. IMPORTANT: Check-in or check-out is not possible between 11 pm and 7 am. You are allowed to receive up to one visitor (maximum 1 person) between 9 am and 7 pm, as long as they are only passing through. Additional people are not allowed to stay overnight, bathe, or use other services. VISITORS ARE ALLOWED INSIDE THE APARTMENT, not in shared areas. Guest access The apartment is accessed through an internal hall shared with other guests. Once inside, the apartment is independent and for the exclusive use of one or two guests maximum. We ask that you respect the house rules. Other things to note CARE FOR THE ENVIRONMENT AND RESPONSIBLE CONSUMPTION: Upon check-in, we will ask the guest to send us a photo of the electricity meter, and the same upon check-out, so we can control the consumption. In the case of excesses, the corresponding additional charge will be made. Average consumption is considered to be 8w per day. US$0.25 will be charged for each additional watt consumed
