Super equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. It has a smart TV, Wi-Fi, a safe, an electric kettle, a toaster, a coffee maker, a hairdryer, bed linens, towels, and welcome drinks. Strategically located in the best area of San Telmo, meters from the gastronomic hub of Av. Caseros, a few blocks from San Telmo Market and Plaza Dorrego. Guest access Guests can access the laundry, swimming pool, solarium, gym, SUM and grill. The SUM and grill are only available for bookings over 180 days and have an additional cost of US$400 Other things to note ALL GUESTS AND PETS MUST BE REGISTERED IN THE RESERVATION. UPON CONFIRMATION, YOU MUST SEND THE DETAILS OF ALL GUESTS SO THAT WE CAN AUTHORIZE THEIR ENTRY INTO THE BUILDING. WITHOUT DATA SENT, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO CHECK IN. The Galerie has internal rules that all guests must follow to avoid fines: • The use of the amenities is exclusively for guests registered in the apartment who stay at least 3 nights. • Guests are asked to respect the pool, gym, SUM and grill schedules. • Eating and drinking alcoholic beverages in the pool and solarium is prohibited. • Hanging clothes on balconies is prohibited. • It is forbidden to walk around the building with your torso uncovered. • Guests are asked not to make disturbing noises. • No parties inside the apartment. • No smoking inside the apartment. The fines applied must be paid by the guests
