The apartment is spacious and very bright with views of a large park, it has two bedrooms with closets and desks. There is Wifi and cable television. It has a bathroom shared only with me. Preferably we reserve for young people and/or women. There are public spaces on the river for picnics. The complex is surrounded by yacht clubs, bicycle rides and close to the University of San Andrés, UCES and USI. It is important to share the apartment with a woman since I am a mother of family. I feel more comfortable sharing a department with a young professional or woman, older people and as an exception, some young boy. A bed can be added if two guests need to be accommodated. The beds are single. Guest access Guests can access the kitchen, share a bathroom with a bathtub (hot water with a water heater). They can go to the park and the living room to have breakfast in front of the window, they can access the breakfast area in the living room.
