Accommodation for 2 people that allows adding a small child, at no extra charge, up to 20 kg and 1 m tall (44 lb, 3.3 ft). In the heart of the Buenos Aires neighborhood of Belgrano (one of the most appreciated in the city) is this extremely cozy and comfortable apartment. Excellent condition, quiet, equipped with everything you need to live and work: full kitchen and bathroom, sheets and pillows, desk, 2 TVs. All the details are carefully thought out especially for our guests. The space Comfortable apartment with private patio, on the opposite side of the street, which makes it quiet and peaceful. It has a multifunctional living room with a large table for 4 people, a well-lit work area for 2 people with 300 Mb WiFi, and a large armchair overlooking the 55' TV. The semi-integrated kitchen is fully equipped with all the dishes and utensils so that guests can comfortably cook all their meals, if they wish, with 4 burners and a gas oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave, a washing machine, and all the small appliances to prepare delicious breakfasts with toast, juice, tea, Nespresso coffee, and the very Argentine mate. The bathroom is also complete, with a bathtub, bidet, and vanitory. In the bedroom you can find the queen-size bed, with 200 thread count sheets and Arredo brand bedspreads. A travel crib can be accommodated to accommodate a small child at no extra charge, with sheets included. Several hotel pillows, cushions, a large closet with space for hangers, drawers, shelves, a shoe rack, and a 32-inch TV are available to relax after a hectic day in Buenos Aires. Guest access The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a building that has both an elevator and stairs. It has a separate entrance, a place to throw away the garbage, and a doorman who lives in the same building. All areas within the apartment are exclusively for guests (including the kitchen, bathroom, work area, and outdoor patio).
