Other things to note As we all like to have the apartment clean and in good conditions Paula or Caro will come once a week for the cleaning (fee is $12 per visit, if a deep cleaning has to be made extra fee will be applied) Please leave apartment keys in the security box so they can get in. The swimming pool and the rest of the condo amenities are for the whole Tower, maintenance and cleaning is under the building administration responsibility. In case any tower amenities is close or under maintenance during any day of your stay will not be a reason under no circumstance to ask for refunds to us or Airbnb or make a bad review as we are responsible for the apartment itself, something we work very hard on. The apartment Will be video recorded after we clean and before you arribe to ensure Everything is clean! Electricity allowance 25 dollars per month included in your price.
