Isadora is a 15-story residential tower building, close to Avenida Cabildo and Chinatown, with intense commercial activity, and the Belgrano ravines, a large green space for walking and sunbathing. Nearby places retain their old mansions and stately homes (several of them museums), which coexist with tall, modern buildings. The place has the necessary calm to rest or work and the proximity of all means of transportation to go around the city. The space The apartment is very bright, it has a bedroom, living room, kitchen, full bathroom, toilet and balcony. Very comfortable for 2 people, maximum 4. It has a double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed for 2 people in the living room. It has an air conditioning unit (hot/cold) and underfloor heating. Refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, linens, and towels for 4 people. 300 mbps WiFi and smart TV. Guest access Guests have access to the gym, terrace, swimming pool/solarium, co-working space, and laundry room. Except for the terrace, amenities are requested on a rotating basis. The apartment has the option of parking in the same building for an additional charge per day.
