A warm and cozy loft apartment, fully furnished and equipped for temporary rental in Buenos Aires. Located in the geographical center of CABA two blocks from Cid Campeador in the neighborhood of Villa Crespo, with multiple means of transportation to visit the best places in the City of Buenos Aires. Just 6 km from the obelisk and 4 km from the heart of Palermo. Ideal for couples, maximum 3 adult guests or 2 adults and 1 child (2-seater sofa bed + 1-seater armchair bed + optional baby cot) The space The property is developed in PB + mezzanine, entering through a warm and colorful uncovered patio you access the very bright and cozy main environment. The generously sized kitchen is complete even for extended stays. It has a gas oven, a gas water heater with an electric safety ignition, and all the appliances and accessories needed to feel right at home. In the main room, there is a dining table that can also be used as a work table, and we provide a desk chair for those who need to work from the accommodation. The living room is a very cozy, sheltered space with a sofa bed with cushions and a blanket, pictures and mirrors that make the place a very pleasant space. We also provide reading materials to enjoy this quiet space. The bedroom on the mezzanine floor has a large closet space with hanging space, shelves and drawers. The double bed is equipped with a very warm feather quilt, additional cushions, and smart pillows. The bedside tables with drawers allow you to store personal items and were decorated with accessories that give it a homey touch. It has a smart TV for your convenience. Nearby there are shops for basic necessities, very nice bars and especially many means of transportation. It is a busy area but at the same time the passage is very quiet
