A very special place in a brand new building on Cordoba Ave, close to everything in the Palermo area. Comfortably work in the apartment surrounded by pictures from old Buenos Aires and my trips around the world. Just chill at the rooftop pool. Or walk to bars, restaurants, discos, groceries, everything within blocks if not yards. Hotel quality bed with Sealy mattress. Public transportation right at the door, Metrobus two blocks away, metro station 8 blocks and the Movistar Arena at 9 blocks. The space We want to warn you that outside of the summer season the pool may be under repair or without water or have the water unsuitable for swimming. Other things to note In long stays more than 25 days we request weekly cleaning by the passenger, we pass on data from a cleaning person to keep the apartment in condition as well as bed linen and towels. There may be external noises as we are next to a nightclub
