A spacious and elegant studio, ideal for travelers or digital nomads who want to enjoy their stay. It has furniture designed for enjoyment with details of Argentine culture. You will have: Water, herbal teas, salt & pepper, shampoo, soap, and welcome toilet paper. Located in Palermo Hollywood, where you can enjoy cafes, bars, and restaurants. The Flea Market, film producers, and design and craft stores. Transportation is plentiful and nearby. The space The studio is a large studio apartment. The wall tones have been inspired by the colors that prevail in northern Argentina and the blue of the night for the bedroom area. During their stay, the guest has: ■ Linens and a set of towels and bath towels for each guest. Herbal teas, sugar, and kitchen roll or napkins. Large welcome mineral water. ■ WIFI 32"■ TV ■ A "bedroom" space, with 1 queen bed, 2 nightstands with individual lamps with wireless charger and Touch Dimmer. ■ A "living area", with 2 armchairs and 2 side tables, accompanied by 1 small rack for books and records that can be used on the record player and 1 Bluetooth speaker. ■ A "work area", with 1 desk and 1 chair. In this space there is 1 very comfortable closet with space to store folded or hung clothes, since hangers are available. ■ The kitchenette, integrated into the studio, has 1 medium-sized refrigerator, 1 electric stove with its set of pots. To improve preparation times or heat something, there is 1 microwave and 1 electric kettle. ■ The "bathroom" is very comfortable and includes enough space for personal items. With shower and bathtub, toilet and bidet. Toilet paper and shampoo are available upon request. The "balcony"■ is worth mentioning, with 2 chairs and 1 small table to enjoy the afternoon sun. ■ The "receiving hallway" has 1 piece of furniture for general use and in which you will find an umbrella.
