Bright and cozy Nordic style apartment on an 8th floor with a beautiful view. Ideal location: in the heart of Chacarita, steps from restaurants, bars, shops and green areas. Connectivity: public transport at your fingertips to get around the city. Enjoy your stay: -Modern and comfortable decoration. - Fully equipped kitchen. Free Wifi. -Bed clothes and towels. -Tea and courtesy coffee. 😉 And much more! Ideal for couples, solo travellers or small groups. The space Hi! Welcome to my apartment, a cozy and modern space perfect for your stay in the city. The apartment is located on the 8th floor of the building, upstairs is the tarraza, on one side the elevator and on the other the staircase. It is a quiet apartment, there are few neighbors, so rarely do they hear their sounds. Upon entering, you'll be greeted by an entryway with a circular mirror and a small key rack where you'll also find the WiFi information. To the left, you'll find the fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare your own meals. There's a refrigerator, electric stove, electric oven/microwave, electric kettle, Nespresso coffee maker with coffee capsules, and a small space for storing some kitchen items. For some of these devices, we leave the instruction manuals available so that those who are not so familiar can use them without problems. The kitchen also has a window with a nice view outside. To the right, there's a comfortable sofa bed that converts into a double bed, ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. Next to the sofa, you'll find a high-definition TV with access to Netflix and YouTube so you can enjoy your favorite programming. There is also a desk with a chair so you can work comfortably during your stay. The apartment also has a small balcony with a beautiful panoramic view of the city. Here you can get some fresh air and enjoy the morning sun, and from here, both the living room and the bedroom, you can appreciate incredible sunsets. Down the hallway, you'll first find the modern and functional bathroom, with a bathtub for relaxing, a sink with a mirror, a toilet and bidet, and a hairdryer. Then, the main bedroom offers a peaceful and comfortable environment for rest. It has a double bed that can be separated into two single beds if the guest requests it, two nightstands with outlets, a large closet with space to store your clothes, and a window with blinds that allow you to control the amount of light that enters the room. For your convenience, I have left coffee, tea, sugar, and some coffee capsules for you to enjoy during your stay. Enjoy your stay! Guest access The entrance is made through the main door of the building, then it must be climbed by elevator to the 8th floor. The apartment is number 33, it is the first one leaving the elevators to the left side. Other things to note Good guests who comply with the house rules will get a reward!! 🎁
