Light-filled 1BR/1.5 (560ft²/52m²) bath apt in newer building with a private balcony in a dream location. Modern, high quality unit with fast private wifi (100mbps), a fully equipped kitchen, split AC units, radiant heating, LCD TVs w/ cable in every room. I keep it in top notch shape for my visits to Buenos Aires. Come over make yourself at home! The space Unlike many BA apartments, this one is modern, bright and spacious and well furnished. Two AC units to keep it cool in the summer and heated floors to keep it cozy during the winter months. It has 1.5 bathrooms. The half bathroom is accessible from the living room, great for guests. The full bathroom is spacious, has natural light and a clean shower with strong water pressure. The hot water comes from the building's central furnace so it doesn't run out, unlike apartments with small water heaters. The apartment is very especially well suited for longer term stays. We regularly host students from Universidad de Belgrano (walking distance) and several other nearby universities. Guest access In addition to full access to the apartment, you will have access to the party room, bbq, pool, and laundry room. The laundry room works with tokens that you can purchase from the building manager, and it also works with local coins. There's also a very affordable same-day laundry service a block away. Other things to note The bedroom is quiet and private, separated from the living area. The bedroom has a walk in hallway with closets, and a bathroom. The living room has its own half bathroom for extra convenience. Because it's a spacious, light filled and fully equipped unit in the heart of Colegiales, this apartment is especially well suited for longer term stays, when comfort and convenient are critical
