Enjoy your vacation with your family or friends in this beautiful and convenient apartment in the neighborhood of Florida, Vicente López. The experience of Buenos Aires as a local "porteño", not just as a tourist! You'll love my place because of the comfort of the bed, the cozy space, and the neighborhood. My accommodation is excellent for couples, business travelers, and families with children. The space The apartment has a bedroom and the comfort to accommodate 4 people in a quiet suburban neighborhood. On the same floor there is another 2 bedroom apartment, which can be rented together with this or separately, which can also accommodate 4 people therefore the total number of people that can be accommodated on the floor is 8. If a large family or group wants to rent the two apartments then they will have 2 bathrooms, 2 kitchens and 4 bedrooms. Both apartments have their own kitchen and bathroom. Both apartments are accessed from a distribution hall that overlooks a very bright courtyard. In addition, each apartment is fully equipped with refrigerator, electric oven, microwave oven and has a set of utensils, electric kettle and toaster for the exclusive use of each apartment. On the third floor there is another two bedroom apartment that can accommodate up to 4 people. The maximum number of guests we can accommodate at the same time on our property is 12. Guest access The wi-fi in the apartment is high-speed. You can watch movies or download files without problems. There is also a cable connection to the Internet. In the garage there is a place to leave bicycles. There is also a freezer with space for each guest to store their food with drawers differentiated by department. Make a single space to store the car at night, so before making a reservation please check that it is available on your dates Other things to note The single beds in the bedroom can be set up as a double bed, just let us know in advance your preferences. We also have a cot available at no extra charge, please order it in advance of your arrival. Pre-purchase of supermarket. Send us your order in advance and you will have it ready upon your arrival.
