Experience visiting the city, feeling right at home! You'll be in a house on the first floor, in a green and quiet residential neighborhood on the outskirts of the northern area of Buenos Aires. Quick access to downtown Buenos Aires by train or highway. Powerful Wi-Fi, ideal for digital nomads. Lots of comfort and space inside, with a private terrace/balcony, which invite relaxation for couples or a group of friends. The space The house is on the first floor of a typical Floridian residence, surrounded by the treetops of the block that give it a very special and comforting brightness. It has a separate entrance from the street. After climbing the stairs, you reach the hall from where you can access all the areas of the house: a large balcony terrace, a fully equipped kitchen-dining room for four people, a laundry room with a washing machine, a bathroom with a shower and bathtub, and the living room that has a wood-burning stove (also gas heating), smart TV, a bed with a bunk bed (serves as a sofa during the day) and a grand piano! for musical guests. From the living room you can see the mezzanine, where the king-size bed and a toilet are located (so you don't have to go down to the bathroom at night). For the tranquility of the neighborhood, the house is very well connected to the central areas of Buenos Aires. 200 meters from the Mitre Train Line (connects with Palermo, Colegiales and Retiro) and 500 meters from the Belgrano Norte Train (connects with Ciudad Universitaria and the River Plate stadium); and 400 meters from the bus stops on the Pan-American Highway where some of the main bus lines pass. Quinta Trabucco is 100 meters from the house. It's a historical attraction with an immense and very well-maintained park that's open to the public all week, and with artistic and cultural activities on weekends. Finally, those interested in shopping will be less than 1000 meters from Shoping DOT, the largest and newest in the City of Buenos Aires, which also has a food court and entertainment proposals.
