I really enjoy arriving and creating the same feeling for colleagues who come into my home. I live alone in a large apartment, in the heart of Belgrano, one block from Subway D, 24/7 drugstores, all means of transport. My house is super bright, clean and with nice energy. Guests can enjoy unlimited tea and mate. Welcome to my home. It's an honor to open my house for you to enjoy as much as I do! Guest access Guests can use their room, private bathroom, kitchen, refrigerator, covered washing machine, tea, mate, linens, towels, armchair and breakfast with two armchairs. Other things to note My house is smoke-free. I quit smoking 2 years ago, and it's a very important rule for me. Other than that it's nice that the house smells like rich. If you want to smoke in the balcony!
