It has a washing machine/laundry. It has air conditioning and heating in both the living-dining room and the bedroom. It has a large walk-in closet and full en-suite bathroom. In the living room, there is a very comfortable sofa bed that can accommodate 2 guests. Guest access Guests can access the building's common areas: indoor and outdoor pool, solarium, and gym.
