We created this space with the idea that whoever arrives will find the design and equipment of a hotel, feeling at home. Bright, quiet, safe, with a kitchen that invites you to create, or not, as you wish, because it is equipped. With an unbeatable location to get anywhere in the city. If the night is warm, relax in the small pool or prepare dinner on the 15th floor grill. When I travel, I would simply like to find a place like this... Welcome! The space The apartment is new, opened less than a year ago. It has 1 bedroom with a sommier for two people, a closet, and a TV. Kitchen integrated with the living room, very well equipped, with dishwasher and refrigerator with freezer. The living room has a double sofa bed, 50-inch TV, and a table with a Bluetooth speaker. The bathroom has a bathtub, shower screen, bidet, and hairdryer. The electric doorman has a viewer, the apartment has a security alarm, and the building has a security totem. The terrace has a small swimming pool and grill with table and chairs and a lounge chair. Other things to note To use the grill, you must book in advance, which also gives you access to the SUM space. A minimum of 48 hours in advance is required. There is a charge for cleaning. Ask at the time of booking. Please note that from 12/10/2024 to 12/31/2024 the terrace and pool are unavailable due to repairs
