Hello! We are Ceci and Richard! (see below: click on "show more - the accommodation" and there we will tell you... EVERYTHING! 🙂👇 When we go on vacation, we love to get to know cities and immerse ourselves in their cultures. We always choose a nice place to rest after a day of intense sightseeing. ...And Buenos Aires offers so much that we, as tourists, enjoy every second! That's why we chose this 1st floor apartment by stairs on the most beautiful avenue in Buenos Aires The space TAKE A MINUTE... READ HERE, WE'LL TELL YOU EVERYTHING! 🙂👇 The apartment is small. 35 m2 is on a first floor by stairs with a balcony on the most famous, fluid and elegant avenue in the area, set for you to relax, rest, replenish your strength and continue discovering Buenos Aires... It has a small kitchen with basic equipment for you to prepare some simple food. Be aware that since we are on a well-known Avenida, we will not be able to avoid some vehicular noise especially if you stay on Saturdays. The privileged location has these drawbacks🙂. IMPORTANT: The TV works only with Chromecast (many today do not have cable TV.) We transmit YouTube from our cell phone to the TV, whatever we want to watch. We created the place we would choose for Us in case we were Tourists in this City. On the other hand, if we have a social event in Olivos (there are several party rooms nearby) we use the apartment so we don't have to drive back. We left the party, rested well and at 12 noon we went home. We also arranged the stay for many young people who carried out procedures, received awards or had events in the Prefecture of Olivos. We're very close to that area! That's why we choose a location for these purposes: 🧭You will be in Olivos, less than two miles from Bs As town. At 80 meters you will have the train station🚈 (In 25 minutes in the heart of Bs As or in 20 minutes in the tourist center of Tigre🛶) In a minute you will find the beginning of the bus line 🚍 that will allow you to travel like a real Porteño (Passing by Belgrano, Palermo, Obelisco, Plaza de Mayo and La Boca) Within walking distance you will have the gastronomic pole 🍝 to replenish water 🚗 If you come by car, there is a covered parking lot (separate payment) 24 hours a day in the same gastronomic area. There are no parking meters in the area. Free parking excepting avenues. We can💪 also provide you with our location for one night (from 4:00 pm to 12:00 noon the next day) Ideal if you have a party or social event nearby. You can even walk back to our apartment from some nearby lounges. You leave the party at any time, rest well, and the next day you return home. And if you like to wake up early, you can walk 100 meters and see the sunrise on the widest river in the world. Guest access The first-floor apartment we offer is personal. We live near the place where you'll be, but it will be exclusively for you. Other things to note Buenos Aires is a cosmopolitan city. If you stay with us, you'll be in the northern part of Greater Buenos Aires. The entire strip that runs along the Rio de la Plata has a lot of nature, avenues, and walks that you'll love
