Elegant 2-room apartment with balcony, located in the Palermo area. Enjoy this quiet accommodation in a strategic area. PLEASE READ TO THE END OF THE POST. The space The accommodation has a capacity for two people, is located on a floor 7 in front and is constituted as follows: * WIFI 100mb speed. A living/dining room with a double armchair, cold/heat air conditioning, a modular one with a cable TV, table with chairs for four, a desk with a chair, and a large window with balcony exit. The kitchen is separate, has a refrigerator, freezer, electric oven, extractor, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, washing machine and crockery for four people. One bedroom with a two-seater (new) sommier bed with night tables and blinds, air conditioning hot/cold, window with a curtain and a large wardrobe with cable TV. One full bathroom with bathtub, toilet, bidet and vanitory. Bed linen included: Set of towels, sheets and amenities. Hair dryer, ironing board Guest access The building is traditional, it has three elevators and stairs. Other things to note - CHECK-IN: After 3:00 PM. Schedule to be agreed upon so that staff can be available. * Late in-person check-in hours: 7 pm to 9 am will be arranged with agency staff at an additional cost of between 20 and 30 USD, depending on the indicated arrival time. -CHECK OUT: Until 10:00 AM. - Early check-in or late check-out cannot be guaranteed. The payment of the service will be charged to the guest to keep the apartment clean and in good condition, with our trained and trusted staff. The day and time will be arranged after the reservation is made. Service cost USD 10. For monthly stays, a MANDATORY cleaning service will be carried out in the apartment with a change of linens every 14 nights.
