Fully equipped apartment in the heart of Palermo (1 block from Botanical Garden), one of the liveliest neighborhoods of BsAs: restaurants, coffee shops, artisans' fair, farmers' market, supermarkets, greengrocers, gyms, laundromats, all within two block´s distance... Excellent transportation: subway 3 blocks away, buses are 1 block. Air conditioning both in living and bedroom. Everything you need for short-term or long-term stays (including washing machine). Back yard to share, with benches. The space This is a cozy, bright (with morning sun!), fully-equipped and comfortable apartment in the neighborhood of Botánico in Palermo (Armenia street, between Güemes and Charcas). Located in one of the best, funnest and liveliest neighborhoods of Buenos Aires, it is fully furnished, equipped with all you might need, and can accommodate up to 4 people. The apartment is on the 4th floor, it is quiet and very bright (with morning sun). The living-dining room has a sofa bed (folds out to a double bed) as well as a work desk. The bedroom has a queen size bed and ample built-in wardrobes. The dining area with a table is integrated with the kitchen. There is a full kitchen equipped with all the appliances, as well as a washing machine. The bathroom is complete with shower, a full bathtub. There is also a washing machine in the apartment. The building has elevators, and there is 24 hour street security in front of the building. Other things to note Buenos Aires is a wonderful, bustling city with an enormous variety of activities to offer. You will to find plenty to do and look at, no matter what your interests may be. Nevertheless, access to foreing bank accounts through ATM's/bank machines has been severely limited, so it might be best for you to bring your expected cash expenses with you (in USD or EUR preferably) or arrange for a money transfer to be picked up (e.g., through Western Union). Recently debit and credit cards have been authorized to give special exchange rates above the official exchange rate. Please remember that the price of the rental is set in US dollars. This is due to AirBnB policies, given that the company does not accept charges in Argentine pesos (even if the price were set in ARS, it would be converted to USD at the official exchange rate, with 65-85% taxes applied on Argentine credit cards)
