Beautiful apartment of an atmosphere located in one of the best areas of Buenos Aires. Take in an open view and cool vibe. Ideal for a couple to come to know the city. Count on everything you need for a comfortable and cozy stay. It is located in Palermo, close to the best bars and restaurants in the city. One block from Avenida del Libertador, a few blocks from Avenida Gral Las Heras and Las Heras Park. The space The property is a spacious single room, with everything you need for a perfect stay in Buenos Aires. It has large windows that allow you to enjoy excellent natural lighting and a blackout system to rest in a comfortable queen bed with peace of mind. A bar separates the bedroom and living room with the kitchen, which has the necessary utensils. In turn, it has a beautiful balcony. The bathroom is spacious and in optimal condition. Guest access We are not responsible in case any of the common area services are not in operation during the guests' stay. In case you want to make sure they are active during your stay, please consult before booking. The pool is normally only enabled in summer. Check for availability.
