Brand new apartment in the heart of Palermo Hollywood fully equipped for your stay. It has a table with 4 comfortable chairs for eating and working, a queen bed, a sofa bed, hot/cold AC, a bathroom equipped with a hairdryer, a closet in the bedroom, a kitchen with a refrigerator with a freezer, a microwave, and dishes. The building has a rooftop pool, grill and laundry at no cost, open 24 hours. Linens and toiletries are provided at no cost. 24hr access. The space Guests can use the entire apartment, the pool on the top floor available from November to March, the grill located on the terrace (at no extra cost, it must only be cleaned after use and a reservation must be requested) and a laundry room at no extra cost open 24 hours. Regulation RT-040100-020109-05 states that there may be noises in Palermo from 7am to 7pm from Monday to Friday. Guest access Access codes are provided to the building and the apartment.
