With a direct view of Chacabuco Park, this comfortable and practical two-room apartment (one bedroom and one living room) is located in the center of the federal capital. 1 block from subway line E (20 minutes from the micro-center) and 8 blocks from Av. Rivadavia, the main avenue of Buenos Aires. The space Casa Chacabuco has 2 rooms and a bathroom. - A very bright room with a changing table that has: 1 (one) double bed and 1 (one) single bed. The single bed can be changed to an air mattress for better use of space during the day. - A living room, kitchen, and dining room where you will find: A long table with 2 workstations. An extendable table with 4 dining chairs. A large window overlooking the park with a balcony that can be accessed from the living room. - At the entrance, you'll find a large shoe rack to store your shoes and keep the apartment cleaner. - Access to the apartment is by stairs, the building does not have an elevator. We don't take care of luggage. Other things to note - Laundry service is not included in the price. - Clean towels and sheets are delivered every 3 days, but it is the guest who must change them and deliver the used ones. - Access to the apartment is by stairs, the building does not have an elevator.
