Steps away from museums, traditional cafes, parks, and the best cultural and gastronomic offerings in Buenos Aires. The space Enjoy this beautiful apartment with an atmosphere, strategically located in the picturesque neighborhood of Recoleta. It is equipped for 2 people, with sheets and towels included. Located in the best shopping area 500 m from Recoleta Urban Mall. The place This nice apartment has an integrated kitchen and living room, and a fully equipped bathroom. Air conditioning cold/heat. Located on the 3rd floor. The place is very bright, and quiet. Electric kitchen and appliances that will help you with your stay (Nesspreso coffee maker - does not include capsules -, electric kettle, toaster, juicer, hair dryer, microwave). It has a dishwasher. Guest access When making the reservation, you will be asked for a photo of the document (passport or ID) and to complete a short and very simple form. These are requirements for building security Other things to consider DOCUMENTS: Once the reservation is confirmed, you will be asked for a photo/scan of your ID/passport/ID and complete a very simple building entry form, giving you greater security and flexibility with check-in/out. SCHEDULE: Check-in time is flexible FROM 2:00 PM on the day you book. Check-out time is until 10:00 AM. With pleasure, always subject to availability, you can enter/exit at any time outside of that. This has an additional equivalent to half a stay - for each request. PROHIBITIONS: Smoking is prohibited anywhere in the apartment and building (street only). Filming, parties, or sexual work or exploitation are not permitted. The apartment is for vacation or rest use. It accommodates a maximum of 2 people. We do not accept third-party reservations (only at least one of the guests you book can be accommodated). Fiber optic Wi-Fi and cable TV throughout the apartment. Laundry: -In the building, first subsoil, with file system (with extra fee) -Front of the building (service "valet" in the day) Enjoy!!!
