Welcome to this new apartment in the best area of BsAs. Located near large avenues with many transportation options. Surrounded by restaurants, museums, cafes and parks. The space A bright apartment with a balcony in the heart of Recoleta. Ideal location to tour all of Buenos Aires. Super quiet apartment to relax after your experience in the city. It has an integrated kitchen, full bathroom, closet & balcony. Main tourist attractions, squares, numerous public transport, avenues, & shopping venues. Close to Subte line H and Recoleta Mall. In the basement is the laundry with coin-operated machines. Guest access The apartment is located on the 5th floor, which can be reached by stairs or elevator. The area where it is located is perfect for tourism, close to notable places in Buenos Aires. Its location allows great mobility for travelers and students, being surrounded by transportation options on nearby avenues, such as buses, subways, and an EcoBici bike station. Other things to note - CHECK-IN: From 3 pm to 8 pm Coordinate a time so that staff can be available. Late Check-in after 8:00 PM is done by leaving the keys at a location near the apartment or a staff member can meet you at the door for an additional cost of 10 USD -CHECK OUT: Until 11:00 AM. - Early check-in or late check-out can be guaranteed at an additional cost of $15. Extra cleaning service is offered for any time during the stay with an additional cost of US $10, with our trained and trusted staff. - Lost keys: The cost for losing keys to the apartment or building will be 50 USD.
