Ideal for visiting the city and enjoy the local trendy lifestyle like a local. The space It is an apartment located on the 6th floor, 60m2 (196ft), living room with table and chairs for 4 people, sofa bed and smart TV with Chromecast. Apartment features: Complete bathroom with bathtub. Bedroom with queen size bed. (The TV from the photos was taken out of the apt) *Air conditioner warm/cold in all the rooms. *WI FI with high speed of 300MB *Washing machine. *Towels and sheets. Housekeeping service available (is not included, you have to pay for this service- for long stays, we recommend every 2 weeks.) Building with elevator. -The crib is subject to availability, a fee of USD 20 must be paid to cover its transfer- Guest access The building has the following common spaces: * 24 hour security * Pool and solarium. Available from November to March. * Laundry * Garage (optional, not included in the value) with space for a small/medium car, vans like Kicks, Jeep, Eco Sport or big trucks like Amarok, RAM, Raptor, Hilux, etc. do not fit. Other things to note Check-out will be at 10 am, and check in at 2 pm onwards SELF CHECK IN House's rules: •Smoking is prohibited in the apartment & the balcony. •Pets are not allowed •Only guests registered in the reservation can stay in the apt (no guests are allowed) •No parties or events are allowed. •At the time of reservation, full name and identity number or passport of each guest will be requested.
