In one of the most beautiful and exclusive areas of the city, between Av. Pueyrredón and Laprida streets, you will find this charming 55m2 apartment with a balcony. Surrounded by cafes, restaurants, shops, museums, and cultural centers, this space is ideal for couples and/or friends who want to be close to the city's most important tourist attractions and start their walking tour. The space The apartment has one bedroom with a queen-size bed and a 1-place foldable bed in the living room, both with cotton sheets and towel sets. The kitchen is fully equipped with complete tableware for four people, heating, microwave, toaster, a large refrigerator, coffee maker and kettle, extendable rack for drying clothes, iron, and ironing board. Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi internet, a 42" TV in the living room with Netflix, and 2 air conditioners. The location is very convenient for getting around Buenos Aires with all public transport options just 2 blocks away on Av. Las Heras and four blocks from Av. Libertador. A few blocks from the Law School, the Museum of Fine Arts, the Recoleta Cemetery, and many high-end gastronomic places. For longer stays, there is a general cleaning with a change of white linen once a week, at no additional charge. The building has 24-hour security and a security camera system. The entrance to the building works with a magnetic key. The accommodation has public transport in the surroundings and paid parking a few meters away. Upon arrival, a complimentary public transport card will be provided that can be recharged at the convenience store. We are available to our guests 365 days a year, 24 hours a day for anything they need regarding the accommodation or any other interests. We like to assist them so that they feel at home.
