The space Studio apartment in a modern building located in a quiet area with easy access to public transportation, health centers, and places of interest. It has: - Access by elevator and stairs. - Split air conditioning cold / heat - A double size sommier mattress with pillow top, USB socket and alarm clock with wireless cell phone charger. - Minimalist style living room with table, 4 chairs, two-piece chair and flat screen TV. Includes Cable, Netflix, and high-speed Wi-Fi services. - A full kitchen with an oven and two electric burners. PSA Water Purifier. Juicer, toaster, kettle and electric coffee maker. Complimentary varieties of tea, coffee, milk, sugar, sweetener, and seasonal fruit. Bathroom with bathtub and shower with PSA water purifier, hairdryer and personal hygiene products (includes towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, liquid soap). - Balcony with a view to the front.
