Apartment located in the beautiful Retiro neighborhood to get to know and enjoy Buenos Aires. A few meters from the Santísimo Sacramento Church, Plaza San Martin, the Kavanagh building, and several other emblematic buildings. A neighborhood with great gastronomy, bars, cafes, and shopping. Meters from Calle Florida and Galerías Pacifico. You can walk to Recoleta, Plaza de Mayo, San Telmo, Av 9 de Julio and Av. Santa Fe, Retiro train station, bus lines and Subte C. The space Studio-style apartment for 2 guests with pine wood floors, on the 3rd floor with elevator. A living room equipped with a 2-seater sofa, a 2-seater bed built into a library cabinet, large closets, a comfortable work area with a stylish desk. It has a bar that separates the living room from the kitchen for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, electric stove, electric kettle, dishes for 2 and cooking utensils, and cleaning supplies. The full bathroom has clean towels, toilet paper, and soap. A set of sheets, a blanket and a quilt are also left. Air conditioning, stove heating, washing machine, LED TV with Chromecast, Wi-Fi. Parking available priced by the meter. Other things to note As a host, I am available to my guests for any questions and I am flexible with my check-in and check-out times. I only charge an extra $20 when check-in is after 8:00 PM and $27 when it is after midnight, and when check-out is before 7:30 AM. Payment is made through Airbnb's resolution center I invite those people who like my apartment and want to make a reservation. They must be the holders of the Airbnb account. For security reasons, once they book, they must have a clear photo on their Airbnb profile
