The space The apartment is newly renovated (in 2024) and fully equipped. It is bright in its 3 rooms (all facing the front) and all have blackout curtains. It has high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the property. The bedroom: it is spacious; it has a queen size bed (equipped with 4 pillows, a set of sheets, a bedspread and padding); a headboard, two bedside tables with their respective chests of drawers and another large chest of drawers; air conditioning, electric radiator heater. Working space: absolutely private; spacious work table and desk lamp; chest of drawers and hangers for hanging long clothing. Living-dining room: very spacious, with a very large table (2.20 long), air conditioning, two armchairs and coffee table, TV, refrigerator and electric oven. All equipment was designed for an optimal stay. Guest access The apartment is accessed by elevator (accessibility without any inconvenience since there are no steps on the way to the apartment door). The building has 2 elevators and also a staircase. The entire apartment is private for your exclusive use. None of the areas are shared.
