We are a family of biology teachers with two daughters. We value space, order, comfort, and quality time spent together at home. Just steps away from the main tourist attractions of Buenos Aires, with classic porteño views from the windows, our apartment is designed to be comfortable both for working adults and for children. The space A cozy 60 m² green oasis just 6 minutes from Teatro Colón, the Obelisk, and Palacio Barolo A stylish apartment designed by biology teachers, filled with greenery and thoughtful details – just like home. Perfect for families with kids and/or digital nomads. The Space Size & floor: 60 m² on the 6th floor of a historic building with an elevator. Layout: • One private bedroom • Living room connected to a fully equipped kitchen • Home office with access to the balcony • Bathroom with a walk-in shower Sleeping arrangements • Double bed in the bedroom • Sofa bed in the living room • Sofa bed in the office Kitchen amenities Everything you need for cooking: dishes and cookware, electric cooktop, oven, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, and a spacious countertop – a pleasant and functional space for meal prep. Appliances & comfort • Washing machine • Two air conditioners (in the bedroom and office) • High-speed Wi-Fi, 600 Mbps – perfect for remote work, streaming, and video calls. Extras: vacuum cleaner, iron, premium-quality towels and bed linen. Style & vibe The apartment is decorated with lush plants and unique decor – hand-painted walls and biological (and other) travel specimens. The balcony overlooks the historic center – the perfect spot for your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine with a Buenos Aires view. Location Everything within walking distance: Teatro Colón (7 min), the Obelisk and Palacio Barolo (5 min). Transport Subway: “Uruguay” station – 2 minutes, “Tribunales” and “9 de Julio” – 7 minutes. Direct bus lines connect you to key parts of the city. Nearby Supermarkets, pharmacies, cafés and restaurants on every corner, fitness studios, and small parks – all just steps away. Hosting & Communication We welcome each guest in person and are happy to answer any questions about the space. We’re biology teachers and available 24/7 via messenger or phone.
