La Oficina de mi Abuelo is a spacious two-room apartment in a notable building in downtown Buenos Aires. With high ceilings and hardwood floors, our cozy space gives you an authentic and comfortable experience. The large windows allow natural light to flood every corner, offering panoramic views of Roque Sáenz Peña Avenue and the road to Plaza de Mayo. The space The rooms are spacious, with large windows, with that nobility of the buildings of the style. Being in them, you can feel the city's history, since it was built in 1933, in the midst of the world depression, but in an Argentina that could take on these constructions, and in fact many notable buildings in Buenos Aires are from this era. Guest access 1). Our check-in is at 3 pm. If you need an income before that time, please let us know if we can coordinate it. 2). The apartment is in a historic building so it does not have electronic locks, and it is necessary for a person to hand over the key. The building has a reception on business days from 8 am to 8 pm. Other things to note The apartment was recycled for many months to achieve a restoration that respected the original elements. For example, in the kitchen, six layers of paint were removed, under which the bronzes and woods framing the iron of its furniture and window appeared
