A GREAT PLACE to enjoy Buenos Aires. Spacious, bright and modern apartment, very well equipped with a nice balcony with an open view. Located in the San Nicolas neighborhood on Sarmiento Street near the famous Avenida Corrientes and the best restaurants, bars, boutiques, designer shops and milongas. Fast and stable internet. Excellent location to enjoy Bs As. ¡No doubt!, you will feel very comfortable in our place. Bonus: nice pool to relax in during the summer. The space The apartment is comfortable, bright, tidy, clean and has everything you need for an AMAZING stay. The surface area of 50m² or 538 sq ft which gives you an idea of how spacious and comfortable it is. It has an air conditioner with a remote control. • The bedroom: The bedroom has a comfortable 150 x 190 cm Sommier bed full of pillows of different sizes and textures to make you feel a true "King" or "Queen"'resting peacefully on it. We provide you with a set of clean sheets of excellent quality and in the closet you will find more blankets if you need them. • The living room or living room: Beautiful living room with a very comfortable armchair next to a coffee table to read a good book or have a drink calmly. You'll also have a table for lunch and dinner or to use your laptop. • The balcony: The balcony is very bright, full of plants and has a very nice view of the green.
