Beautiful and very comfortable downtown Buenos Aires flat in San Nicolás or 'Microcentro' neighbourhood. It is located on the 4th floor just 1 block from the widest avenue in Latin America (Av. 9 de Julio), the Obelisco, Teatro Colon, the famous theaters in Av. Corrientes, ideal to go shopping at Galerías Pacífico mall, the traditionals Florida and Lavalle streets, eating-out in restaurants, cafes, and close to supermarkets. A perfect place to reach any part of the city by metro, bus or taxi. The space It is a recently refurbished french style apartment, stylish and practical. The original wooden floors of the building since its construction are Slavonian oak and were recently laminated in 2022. The flat has 1 bedroom with a king size bed and a make up area or desk, big wardrobe and several mirrors, it is spacious and comfortable. The apartment has a super-equipped kitchen with everything you need to live short or long stays, including electric hob and oven, fridge with freezer, a washing-drying machine, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle and a dishwasher. The dining room next to the kitchen is up to 4 people. The living room is very cozy to rest or watch series or movies (Netflix) on a smart TV. There is also a desk with chair to use your computer. The bathroom is complete and includes a bathtub ideal for relax time. The flat has 5 windows (2 of them looking to the street), 2 air conditioned, and 2 heaters. It is pretty bright and relatively quiet, especially in the kitchen and dining room that face the internal part of the building.
