Welcome to our charming shared apartment in San Telmo, Buenos Aires’ most historic and vibrant neighborhood! This is the perfect home for international students, interns, and young professionals looking for a multicultural environment. The private room is furnished with a comfortable single bed, desk, tv and storage space. You will be able to enjoy your own private space, as this room is located in a separate area from the other rooms and also includes a private bathroom for your convenience. The space This beautifully restored apartment features 5 private rooms and is shared with other young international guests from all over the world. We foster a welcoming, respectful community where everyone feels at home. The room was freshly painted and with a new flat screen TV in January 2025. Guest access The apartment includes: ✅ Fridges to ensure everyone has plenty of space for their groceries ✅ Water filter so you can safely drink tap water ✅ Fully equipped kitchen ✅ Comfortable living area ✅ Washing machine, and a drying rack in your room to hang your clothes There is also a cleaning service once a week to maintain the shared spaces and keep the apartment tidy. Additionally, the bed linens are changed and washed every two weeks to ensure a fresh and comfortable stay. Other things to note 🚭 House Rules - No smoking indoors 🚫. Please do not throw anything out your room's windows. - No parties or loud gatherings. Let's keep the atmosphere relaxed and respectful for everyone in the apartment. Quiet hours are from 12:00 AM to 7:00 AM, so please be mindful of noise during these times. -The room has a private toilette, but the main working shower is in the main shared bathroom. -Washing machine is only gor the use of the tenants of the apartment and it is not allowed to bring friends to wash clothes. 🕒 Check-in Details Standard check-in: Between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Late check-in: Available upon request for an additional fee of €20. Please let us know in advance if you need a late check-in so we can coordinate accordingly
