Located in the Santa Marina building, one of the most beautiful passages in San Telmo, the apartment has a separate entrance from the passageway and is located on the second floor via a staircase, making it bright and cheerful. once you reach the second floor you access through an interior patio to the two private apartments. It features a living-dining room and kitchen with a comfortable armchair, a spacious bedroom with a queen-size bed, and a full bathroom. All the amenities and a unique design.
