Two-room apartment (50m2) with one bedroom with a king-size bed and a large living room with high ceilings and two single beds. Decorated with original paintings. Equipped with 2 Smart TVs with cable service. Two air conditioning units. Building with heated pool, gym, sauna and 24-hour security. The space Historic Place is an ideal accommodation for those who want to visit the city of Buenos Aires, be in a safe neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle, surrounded by water mirrors of the famous Río de la Plata, such as Dock 1, and with large green spaces to explore. But also be close to the historic center and the lively neighborhood of San Telmo.
