Charming and silence 1 bedroom apartment in the heart of San Telmo. You have found one of the nicest apartments in the area. 1850's Residency Building with elevator. The 1stfloor 53 m2 apartment was recycled to its original state using period features and recycled wood. The space Internal Patio Gallery PH, each room: bedroom, living room, bathroom and kitchen with french wooden doors to the gallery/patio. Until beginning of September there is work being done in the building, gas pipes are being replaced. The apartment is running all electric, meaning that instead of the central heating we are using electric heating units. In the kitchen we have a small electric oven and two electric hobs. Hope it won’t interfere from choosing to stay with us, we try our best to keep the apartment running as close as shown in the photos. You still have everything needed for your stay. But we thought it was important to let you know of the temporary present situation. Thank you so much for your understanding. Other things to note We are here to make your stay more memorable and pleasant, maintaining our space tidy and with high standards. For long stays we offer our guests every 7 to 10 days a change of towels and beddings and to have the apartment cleaned for an extra USD 20. This will be paid right after the service in Pesos. Many thanks for understanding and helping keep our apartment to its best for future stays. For checks in after 10pm there will be an extra charge of USD 5 to be paid in Pesos at check in.
