Renovated accommodation ideal for long and short stays. Decorated in a modern and minimalist style. Located on Av. del Libertador, just 200 meters from Vial Costero and the gastronomic center of Vicente López. Proximity to the train station (Mitre), allowing you to be in the Center of Buenos Aires in just 20 minutes. Other things to note To enter the apartment, a small tug with the key may be necessary after turning the second time. The living room table is liftable. In the bathroom sink, hot water comes out when the faucet is turned to the right. Please note that the water heater has a capacity of 55 liters. Use water responsibly. If it empties during use, wait a few hours for it to heat up again. The kitchen window has old fittings so a minimal air intake is possible even when closed.
