Modernized apartment for 4 people in 2 environments, in the heart of Vicente López, on Avenida Del Libertador. Look at the counter, with a beautiful view of green spaces. Located on the 5th floor at your feet is the Mitre train line going to Capital Federal or the Tigre. Kitchen with breakfast bar that turns into high table for 4. 1 bedroom with double bed and beautiful living room with sofa bed for 1 or 2 people. Beautiful window to enjoy sunsets.. The space The building is on 5 floors, and on the ground floor there is a building on the Fabric Sushi chain. This apartment is on the 5th floor. Pass the Mitre train line and according to the guests and our appreciation of the noise is slight. The apartment is exactly as it appears in the photographs. This is not a luxury place, but a beautiful place that has a great value for money. Guest access As it says in the description there is NO parking. It can be parked nearby within a 3 block radius. There are lots of bar and restaurant offerings within a radius of up to 5/6 blocks. Getting around the area on foot is ideal. Two blocks away is the coastal road of Vicente López, which is a beautiful outdoor space of approximately 14 blocks that is bordering the Rio de la Plata. There are food trucks and children's games. Great place for picnics and sports. Other things to note Although the apartment has sheets, blankets and towels, in case you have preferences about materials or a type of pillow of your preference, we suggest taking you to make your stay 100% pleasant
