This apartment is designed for an intimate and independent stay, ideal for 2 or 4 people. Check-in: From 3:00 pm onwards. Check-out: 11:00 am. Your arrival time is prearranged for a smooth check-in. The apartment features a bedroom with a queen-size bed. 1 full bathroom, bidet, bathtub + shower. The living room includes a sofa bed accommodating 2 people. Fully equipped kitchen with everything needed for an extended stay. Smart TV, WIFI, hot water. Guest access The building does not have amenities. Other things to note No smoking: Any trace of smoke odor within the apartment will result in a penalty equivalent to USD 100 per night of the total reservation. Visitors: You may invite up to 2 people to the apartment, but the use of the building's common facilities for guests is prohibited. Additional charges: The tenant is responsible for the maintenance of the property and its furniture. Any loss or breakage will be charged at the market value on the day of check-out. This includes excessive dirt, stains on sheets or towels from makeup, blood, or similar substances, breakage of dishes or electronic devices, damage to mattresses, pillows, sofas, furniture, or loss of apartment keys. Any check-in/out after 9:00 PM and before 9:00 AM will incur an extra charge of 50% of the nightly rate according to our company's policies.
