Excellent location, next to Palermo Soho, 800 meters from Plaza Serrano, 1 block from Avenida Corrientes, 5 blocks from Avenida Córdoba. Two blocks from the Metro and 5 minutes from Movistar Arena. A quiet and safe area. Outlets clothing stores, bars, restaurants, breweries, supermarkets. The space The apartment, which is located in a building with full amenities and beautiful and functional common areas, is a studio with a comfortable double bed or, at the request of guests, 2 comfortable single beds, plus a single sommier armchair bed. It can sleep up to 3 people. It has a built-in kitchen, table, and chairs. A beautiful balcony also with table and chairs and a full bathroom. The building has 24-hour security, and the key is for personal access, allowing you to enter and exit comfortably when you need to. The building and apartment entrances are wheelchair accessible.
