Warm and spacious two rooms with fabulous northern light, strategically located between Palermo Soho and Villa Crespo, being very central both to move around the city and to visit nearby tourist sites, Plaza Serrano, different Artistic Murals, the Botanical Garden and other sites. We have exclusive amenities such as a washing machine, a reinforced door, split air conditioning in the bedroom and living room, a coffee maker, a toaster, internet, streaming, and sanitization prior to check-in. The apartment is very spacious, the kitchen is ideal because of its elongated layout and with a table that can be extended and allows you to cook very comfortably in it.
