Welcome to "Paraiso Thames", your home located at the heart of "Palermo Queens" (Villa Crespo). "Paraiso Thames" is spacious and full of light, with huge private rooftop. Perfect to relax after a long day walking around the city or simply work while enjoying views of Buenos Aires. The apartment is nicely decorated, composed of one double room with a comfy double bed. We offer high-quality and brand-new bed sheets. The living room is good size and includes art-deco new sofa bed which you can easily open so it becomes another double bed for two people. You will find fine linen for both beds as well as towels. There is art, decoration from around the world and interesting books, making it a special home. The bathroom is nicely decorated as well. In the private terrace, there is nice living room set. It's a great space to organize dinner with friends during spring and hot summer nights while you watch the Southern starts. Also perfect to sunbath, read and meditate in peace. In the common terrace you have access to a nice BBQ and jacuzzi which needs to be booked in advanced. The flat is excellently located at the heart of "Palermo Queens" (a trendy area in Villa Crespo). Time Out picked Calle Thames as one of the 33 most coolest streets in the world. It's Close great restaurants such as "La Crespo" (best kosher and jewish food in Buenos Aires), lovely "Malvon" (one of the best brunch places in town) and the new "La Cabrera" (best parrilla in BA). Also only two blocks from the famous outlets area in Buenos Aires and only 10' walk to Plaza Serrano / Palermo Viejo with its arts fairs and outdoor bars. The area has been developing as a trendy, young and creative corner which, at the same time, maintains its local and peaceful spirit and rhythm.
