Neighborhood It is one of the most beautiful and best connected places in all of Buenos Aires. It is very safe, as it is a residential area and is close to interesting neighborhoods such as Parque Chas, Villa Urquiza, Colegiales, Belgrano and Chacarita. There are bars, restaurants, and a major shopping avenue. We are three blocks away from one of the city's most important gastronomic centers. Who lives in the apartment? The only permanent resident is a kitten named Cumbia. She's very nice and makes friends with guests, but keep this in mind before booking if you have allergy problems.
