Enjoy this apartment with 2 large, super bright and serene rooms, which is a few blocks from Av. Avellaneda and Av. Nazca. The largest Argentine clothing mall. Decorated and fully equipped with everything NEW to make our guests feel at home and enjoy a wonderful stay in Buenos Aires. Ideal for up to 3 people as it has 1 bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room. The space The apartment It is a super spacious 2-room apartment, with lots of light, quiet and with a balcony facing the street. Fully equipped with everything NEW to make our guests feel at home and enjoy a wonderful stay in Buenos Aires. Pets are not allowed -Bedroom with a double bed - NEW 43” Smart TV in the living room - A sofa in the living room that converts into 1 single bed where 1 person can sleep. - A full kitchen with everything you need to cook, a refrigerator with freezer, an electric kettle, a microwave, a coffee maker, dishes, cookware, and various utensils. -Bed linens and towels. -Air conditioning hot/cold in the bedroom - Heater in the living room -1 bathroom with shower and bathtub. - Comfortable table for eating and working for 4 people - Laundry area Other things to note - CHECK IN: Check-in is after 3:00 PM.
