The unit is a generously sized studio with a double bed, dining area, and full kitchen. Like the building, the apartment is new and very well maintained with all the modern amenities to make for a comfortable stay. The apartment has huge glass sliding doors to the balcony that offer plenty of natural light and unobstructed views. The space is very quiet as it faces the back of the building/away from the street. It also boasts a modern well equipped kitchen, full bathroom, air conditioning and heating with individual thermostat, and WiFi Internet. In the apartment you will also find basic toiletries (soaps, shampoo, toilet paper) for your convenience, as well as fresh towels and linens. The kitchen also comes well equipped (with dishware, cookware, utensils, etc) and well stocked (bottled water, coffee, tea, olive oil, salt, pepper, etc), should you wish to cook. And if not, truly no need with the amount of eateries and choices in the neighborhood (or delivery)!
