Bright and cozy loft located in the heart of Villa Urquiza. Located a few blocks from the train and the subte, with several lines of collectivos that easily connect you with the rest of the city and surroundings. A few meters you will find cafes, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, greens, pharmacies, dietetics, stores, hardware stores and kioscos 24 hours, everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Access is through an outside gate that leads to a common patio, where the main entrance of the apartment is located. The loft has a living-dining room with a 1.5 place bed with a 44-inch cable TV, a bedroom with a king size bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. At the back, you can enjoy a private patio with grill, ideal for moments of relaxation or outdoor gatherings. Other things to note Small pets are accepted.
