This beautiful apartment (70m2) is located in a very centric area of the city: just 2 blocks from the metro and few minutes to the historic Buenos Aires. It is a spacious 2 bedrooms apartment with two full bathroom (in-suite in master bedroom) Once the reservation is confirmed, a copy of the guest documents will be require. It is a spacious 2 bedrooms apartment with two full bathroom (in-suite in master bedroom) a large size open kitchen, big living-room and enclosed balcony. The apartment is plenty of natural sunlight and fresh air. There are restaurants, cafes, and bakeries in the neighborhood and there is a major grocery store around the corner which makes it very convenient for snacks, beverages and supplies. It´s located at the centre of Buenos Aires, nearby all public transport, subway and a few blocks from Corrientes Av., Congreso Nacional and Callao Av., easy access to cafés, restaurants, theaters and to all tourist attractions in BA. Guest access Living Room/Dining room: - Dining table - 32'' LED smart TV (no cable, just access to app with the guest own account) - Stereo/CD player - DVD player - Ceiling Fan - Air Conditioner kitchen - Refrigerator/freezer - Microwave oven - Stove with top burners - Coffee Maker - Toaster - Fully equipped with dishes, silverware, pots and pan and all cooking utensils Main Bedroom - Double size bed (1,90mx1,40m) - Air conditioner - Closet - In-Suite full bathroom Second Bedroom - Double size bed (1,90mx1,40m) - Closet - Desk - Ceiling Fan Other Features: - Iron & Iron Board - WiFi - Hairdryer - Building doorman all day and Security Guard at night - Sheets & Towels provided - Check-in and check-outs are flexible as long as the apartment is available. If the apartment is not available the Normal check-in is at 2pm and the Normal Check-out at 12am - Check-in outside business time (8pm and 8am) cost U$S20 - Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. In case you want to smoke, you need to use the balcony. Other things to note - Normal check-in is at 2pm and the Normal Check-out at 10am - Check-in outside business hours (8pm to 9am) have an extra fee. Keep in mind it takes around an hour to get to the apartment from de local airport (AEP - Aeroparque) and 2 hours from the international airport (EZE - Ezeiza - Ministro Pistarini). Consult before you reserve. - Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. - Respect the silence building hours. Loud noises are not allowed from 12pm to 4pm and from 8pm to 9am - If you forget the keys inside the apartment outside business time, there is a service charge of U$S30 for this kind of emergency. Please take the keys always with you when you leave!! - Partys not allowed
