Beautiful 50m2 apartment in the heart of Portoño, 300 meters from the Congress. Fully recycled: it has a kitchen, a dining room, a laundry room, a room with a en-suite bathroom (beds that can accommodate single or double) and a second room with another bathroom. The location is very good, close to subway A and H and buses. In the area you will find the famous Café de los Angelitos, Restaurant Lanin, El Español and Shopping Spinetto. Ideal for its access, it comes with everything you need for extended stays. The space The Apartment is fully equipped and designed for a maximum of four people: two in single or queen beds and another two in a separate room with private bathroom in 2 single beds (one above and the other below), with bedding and blankets (please tell us which bed arrangement is of your preference). Ideal for friends, students, couples, families and people traveling with them. The largest room has an en-suite bathroom, totally private and for exclusive use for two people. Equipped with towels and towels, toilet, hand bidet, vanitory, hair dryer and first aid kit. Cold and hot water, with water heater: We recommend using the shower when other faucets are closed for maximum comfort. The smaller room has a separate bathroom and all the comforts and independence of the main room. Inside each room the guest has a kitchenette: electric pava, bacha, kitchen furniture and utensils for preparing breakfast. The unit has an ironing and ironing board furniture available. As you can see in the photos, the apartment has a table and comfortable armchairs for eating, studying or working. 50"Smart TV with platforms: Netflix, Disney, Prime Video and access to Youtube content in the master bedroom and Chromecast in the smaller room. Outside each room, guests have a kitchen, dining room, and laundry room, fully equipped to complete all the amenities they may need. IMPORTANT: Visitors are not allowed. We do not check in between 10pm and 7 am. Guest access The apartment is entered through an internal hall shared with other guests. Once inside, the apartment offers: kitchen, dining room and laundry room, two comfortable fully equipped rooms and two bathrooms, one of them en-suite within the room. Access to the apartment has a key entry, offering total privacy. Check-in hours is 2:00 pm. If you need to check in earlier or check out later, you can check availability with an extra charge. Other things to note We remind our guests that access to the apartment is by staircase, on the first floor. The entrance has a hall, an area shared with other guests, where two doors are located: one of them, the door "Argentina", allows access to the apartment. In the hall we place a mailbox where you can leave envelopes, as well as coordinate the check out if necessary. CARE OF THE ENVIRONMENT and RESPONSIBLE CONSUMPTION: Upon entering we will ask the guest to send us a photo of the electricity meter, the same at check-out, in this way we will control the consumption. The case of excess will be charged for the additional fee. It is considered an average consumption of 7w per day. $0.25 will be charged for each additional consumption wats
